Who We Are
Title Policies is an independent brokerage working exclusively with solicitors and licensed conveyancers across the UK. For more than 30 years, our team has helped legal professionals secure the right cover for their clients’ property transactions, from straightforward residential purchases to complex commercial developments.
We are not tied to any single insurer. That independence means we search the whole market and negotiate directly with A-rated underwriters to find terms that fit the risk in front of us, rather than forcing the risk to fit a standard product.
How We Work
We keep things simple, because conveyancing deadlines rarely wait.
Your solicitor or licensed conveyancer sends us the details of the title issue. We review the risk, approach the most suitable insurers, and return a quote within 24 to 48 hours. Where exchange or completion is imminent, we can often turn quotes around the same day.
We currently support more than 35 legal practices nationwide, many of whom have worked with us for years. They come back because we are responsive, we understand the pressure of a transaction timetable, and we explain our recommendations in plain terms.
